This involved generating impactful artifacts such as customer journeys, ecosystem maps, design prototypes, wireframes, and final visual design specifications.
Led product development and engineering teams (API) to enhance online shopping experiences for Automobile and Renters insurance products. This nimble API solution expanded the brand’s ability to connect with more customers in more ways by delivering a convenient and seamless sales process - whether on StateFarm.com or on a site of one of the brand’s business partners.
Developed marketing strategy and coordinated the brand’s national sponsorship of the State Farm Bayou Classic. The execution of this nationally televised collegiate football game involved all aspects of the creative development and go-to-market strategy. This included both digital/ print as well as event marketing execution, contract negotiation, and logistical planning.
